Panelised Glazing - Linked Modular System
A unique aluminium-framed polycarbonate glazing panel system that can reduce site installation time by as much as 70%, due to its ease of fixing. Only two screws are required for each glazing panel (except the first which requires just four). Glazing panels are sized and constructed to suit each project specification so there is no cutting or fabrication on site. The glazing system is available on either a supply only or supply and install basis.
Xtralite Panelised Glazing is suitable for roofing and walling installations, ranging from 10° pitch to vertical. The system is perfect for northlights, patent glazing replacement, monopitch rooflights and vertical glazing. The versatility of the system means it can be used on ridges or abutting wall panels and gutters.

Integral aluminium side profiles, main bar and secondary link bars.
Both main and secondary profiles are complete with water management systems and are designed to work in a ‘seal-less’ format.
|Thermal Cloak||High quality extruded PVC-U undercladding profile clips to main profile enhancing the thermal properties of the assembly to reduce the possibility of condensation problems.|
|Finish||Polyester powder coated to BS 6496.|
|Colour||Standard white RAL 9910 Matt (other colours available).|
Light transmission: clear 82%. U value: 2.3 W/m2K (16 mm triplewall).
